  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, personalized items, and items on sale are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
